Dreamed of mole climbing on ceiling?

I woke up, while still in my dream, and went to my brother's old room and opened his door. On his ceiling was this disgusting mole just holding on. For some reason, saliva or some liquid was oozing from the mole's mouth. I was mortified because during my sleep(again this is still me sleeping IN my dream) I felt something licking my face and I thought it had been my dogs, but it was the mole. When I finally woke up from the whole thing I felt disgusted and a little terrified. Have any idea what all this could mean? My dream all happened at my old house where my brother USED to live with us, so maybe this could have something to do with my past? Thanks!
