You need protein to build the hair back up. The only products that work are from salons. Just go in and ask for a strengthening treatment which will need to be done at least once a week. Once your hair breaks, the only thing to do is to grow it out and cut off those snapped ends so I suggest having a haircut. The longer you leave inbetween cuts, the more you will have to get chopped off so if you want longer hair, you need to cut it for it to be healthy and grow!
