Are the people who call President Obama a communist or a fascist racists?

Or how about all the people calling President Obama a monkey? I hear republicans calling in a 'monkey'. and obviously he isn't communist or fascist? Are these people really stupid or is it a safe way to make him into one of the 'other' without being overtly racist? Fascism is on the 'far right' of the political spectrum and communism on the far left. Obviously he can't be both. Also, having universal healthcare doesn't make a country communist. Are Canada, Norway, France, and the UK and most of Europe communist? if they are then i guess we lost the cold war. what do you think?
