Im having major problems with gaia online?

hey. im trying to play gaia online, but something stupid happens everytime i try to load the town. i opens another window like its supposed to, and theres a loadng bar, and its loading everything, then it says joining or connecting to server, and it does nothing. it sits there and doesnt load anything, even after waiting like 10 minutes. i dont have a slow computer either. i dont use dial up. i have high speed interent. why is it doing this?!?!?! i looked on the faq there and couldnt find any questions that were like this so i asked here.
