Society is not yet issued the share cert on my name.?

It seems Socy is clearly at fault. I would advise you to write 2/3 letters to the socy asking for transfer of flat in your name and issue of share cert accordingly and seek their reply. While handing over your letters make sure you take acknowledgment from Hon. Secretary or proper official of the society. It is binding on the society to issue the necessary cert. unless there are any objections. If you do not receive any reply from it, then you can write to the Registrar of Societies highlighting your problem and enclosing copies of acknowledged letters and pointing out the lethargic attitude on the part of socy. with a copy to Society. I am sure the socy will come to sense and act immediately, as it is on the wrong side. However, as a last resort, you may have to move a co-p. court.
