2 yr old cat throwing up for more than 24h, acting fine, can't feed her, what can I do?

Hi, hope your pet gets better, mine's in a bad way right now, that's why am looking at questions and answers. You know, maybe if she's acting normal, and a bit overweight, food might not be a big issue :)Think of all the stray cats that must be going without food every second day. I think if I was in your situation I'd watch the drinking more so : is there a chance she might be dehydrated ? If you think there is, then this might be your reason to call the vet more so than the food. I'm no expert at all, just thinking if it's anything like humans, getting sick and the bile might mean she needs to drink more.
