Im 36 and just found out I have no left thyroid and goiters on the right. Should I be on meds? Drs all missed?

Ive been tested over 25 times...been to tyroids specialist over and over and they all siad nope-its not your thyroid. My general Dr. found a lump which lead to a sonogram that caught this. Im ticked that for years Ive told them Im tired,depressed dry skinned forgetful etc. Its a miracle from what Im reading that Ive had 3 kids and weigh only 108. Any advice?
