Copyright Infringement for Facebook?

hi i made a video on facebook with music by the mooney susuki. facebook to me i illeagally used the song so the deleted the video. the thing is...i can still watch the video. what should i do. if i keep it, will i be in trouble? should i do a counter notice? should i delete it?
