Can I change which package I get with WIC?

When I started wic I told them I wanted to feed and was trying but had a low supply, they issued my checks giving me 10 cans a month of formula. I never needed 10 cans and usually only used 3-4. I finally have my son fully on the (after renting a pump and taking medication to help lactation) and I wanted to know if we can change to the exclusive feeding package even though he received formula for 5 months.
