Why do I keep having miscarriages?

I got pregnant three months after I had my daughter. Eleven weeks later I lost the baby. The DNC was done incorrectly and two weeks later I delievered the placenta on my own. A year later I got pregnant again and lost the baby at five weeks. Do you think there is something wrong with me?
