Is it possible to attend vocational schools without going to high school?

I want to become an electrician and im currently a sopre in high school. I've never done well grades wise and im on the verge of dropping out. I was just wondering if it was possible to quit school and just attend cles to become an electrician. I will be turning 18 next year because i repeated a grade and i also want to move out by then and bunk with a couple good friends who are in college at the moment. I know it sounds unrealistic but im at the end of the road.
