Does the More Coakley and Obama speak of her support for Obamacare the more her overall support diminishes?

The issue that has received no airing in the media is the effect that ObamaCare will have on the universal health care coverage that Machusetts already has. It suspect it will cause more people to lose their insurance coverage.
