Bus from brighton to eastbourne?

i know there is a bus from brighton to eastbourne and i know what time it runs and when to catch it, however i have no clue what ticket to get, i understand some tickets are only valid between brighton and seaford, so eastbourne is not valid, what should i do?, what ticket should i buy? and how much will it be? im going on a saturday if that means anything
