I need tips, suggestions and anything really from all the boxers who've fought before in the amateurs! plZ!?

your diet needs to be firmly protein im talking grilled chicken and fish. Also no corn syrups or sweets. also your food must be whole weat or whole grain. Btw you should hit the bags 3 days and do boxing conditioning. Then 3 days should be strictly weight training. And you need a day off to fully recover. Sparring is good, you wanna work on your upper body in the weight room and core. Deffinatley do some cycling, running is bad for your joints I prefer to cycle. Also be sure your hands are quick and you are putting combinations in your punches. Do not go out there and brawl. If you are south paw i suggest you use a lot of jabs with the right to throw off your oppenet. Other than that stay hydrated and take protein and you should be set.
